The middle column is the bill for the whole account. The right column is one website’s share of that bill at 100 websites. The domain and the card fee belong to the website, so they appear only on the right.

The domain line: you pay GoDaddy about A$43.95 on the day the name is bought. That one payment covers 3 years. The client does not pay it, and there is no monthly domain bill in those 3 years. A$1.22 is that A$43.95 split over 36 months so it can sit in this cost. At the end of year 3, GoDaddy charges about A$21.95 once for the next year. Split over 12 months that is A$1.83, so the cost per website becomes A$5.15 and you keep A$64.85. Still above A$50. One ServiceM8 job card per client, opened once. ServiceM8 is priced here at Australian Starter, A$29 including GST. A month with 51 to 150 new websites uses the A$79 plan for that month only.

Left out of the price

Accountant fees, business insurance, bank fees, the ASIC yearly company fee, and your time. Any GST you claim back on the bills above makes the A$65.46 a little higher.
